• The project involves assisting the women's health organization in strategizing for their upcoming exit within the next 12-18 months. They have not yet entered the market for potential buyers but are considering private equity as a potential purchaser • The organization has made multiple acquisitions in recent years, resulting in a complex portfolio that requires clarification and identification of potential synergies. They are a network of affiliate women's healthcare specialists that helps with practice management (e.g., payments, revenue management, and more) to help healthcare providers focus on their work • Overall goal is to craft the strategy and narrative of the value creation plan and exit to increase their multiple • Project focus areas include corporate strategy development, business analysis, and brand enhancement to demonstrate the cohesive value of the organization.
Must have • Strong strategy background to lead the business analysis and create the overall corporate strategy Nice to have • Experience with brand strategy to increase overall value • Experience in women's health / healthcare • Exit experience
Project kicks off in the beginning of May and will likely last for 6-8 weeks
Remote but client is US east coast based. Ok to work from anywhere if able to overlap.
Client was not able to share a budget at this time but instead asked for people to share their own. (FYI this is a client that may have an ongoing relationship with NorthLawn so potential for repeat business)
