Project summary: Strategic market assessment Tasks: • Customer needs assessments using client data and consumer, creator, and expert interviews • New competitive set analysis through lenses of competitor size, market share, strategic positioning, and growth strategies • Market sizing using a top down (or bottom up) analysis using client data and secondary research • Top-down value sizing estimating potential 3-year financial impact of new actions Deliverables: • TAM, SAM, and SOM defining: market size, market drivers, client share of market, competitive analysis • Opportunity size: 3-year revenue projection, cost analysis defining how pursuing revenue opportunities will change cost structure and if defined opportunities are worth pursuing • An initiative prioritization framework: Defines how to close gaps between the current product value and the value that consumers and creators desire
• MBB-type, Manager level consultant with strong strategic and quantitative skillset • Helpful to have a background in tech and/or marketplaces
Full-time starting next week (week of Feb 26) and will last for 4 weeks
Remote but client is US-based so overlapping with US-time zones is helpful for calls (so can also be Canada/ LatAm)
