Context • Major mid-market PE firm acquired a new ‘platform’ in the industrials space and looking for Strategy / Value Creation Plan support • Focus of the project is expected to be in the new market development strategy: how to tackle new regions in NA, with which products and services to go after it, etc • We will collaborate closely with experienced management team to develop 3-5 years strategic priorities and high-level execution plan Project setup • 1 Engagement Director, and 1 Senior Consultant at 50% capacity for 6-8 weeks. UPD: it’s shaping up to be a full-time project for 6-8 weeks. • We will rely mostly on client internal data, but minor market research might be required
• 5+ years of strategy / generalist consulting experience • Experience working in PE and/or fast-pace strategy projects • MBB experience preferred

• If everything goes right, I’m hoping to compensate 60-70% of your standard consulting daily rate for ~50% workload
