The client is the professional services team (solution architects, project managers and onboarding managers). They are currently serving mid-market clients and are now selling to enterprise clients. Problem: their processes are made for mid-market level clients e.g., they implement modulewise (instead of based on user stories which is something they have tried and struggled with), struggling with the documentation phase (not sure how to level it up, looking for someone with examples) etc. Ideal set-up for them: sit (virtually) together with them, understand their process E2E, give suggestions on how to level it up.
