Context: • Major logistics company is implementing a new Transportation Management System and needs support in transitioning agents (i.e., their clients) on to the new system • Client needs a consultant to support in finalizing training materials, running workshops with the agents, providing some ‘hyper care’ support, training other internal trainers to roll-out the program, as well as ongoing communication to the agents. They require very ‘hands on’ support on this one. • The project is not confirmed, it’s more of a client development at this stage. I’ve been working with this client for the last 10 months and have very good understanding of the broader context and specifics. Project set-up: • Could be a part-time or full-time engagement for 3-6 months. Update • Looking for a Consultant to support Cross-functional transformation in B2B Services company (EXPO space). Focus of the engagement is on hands-on project management, driving company through multiple operational changes. High pace company, fun to work with. Looking for somebody with very good client hands, bias to action and implementation.
