I like to cook, and I am always learning new things. During COVID-19, I learned about Indian food; I am starting to make my own charcuterie (mortadela, salami, sausage, and more...).
Like many immigrants, I've faced challenges when arriving in new countries. I'm especially proud of my ability to adapt to tough situations. I didn't fully realize this strength until 2004, but I've consistently relied on it since then. Adaptability has become one of my key strengths, helping me navigate and thrive through difficult times (life and work-related)
Cook very well. That is what others said :) Some of my specialties: BBQ (Argentina BBQ :) ) Home-made pasta Charcuterie (soon, it is coming)
