As a new member who is very new to independent consulting and very recently ventured out on my own, the most helpful support would be: 1. Receiving Mentorship and Guidance: I hope to gain access to experienced consultants who can provide valuable mentorship and advice on best practices, business development, and client management, which will be beneficial as I navigate the initial stages of my independent journey 2. Engaging in Professional Support: I value being part of a supportive community where I can share challenges, celebrate successes, and receive encouragement; this can help reduce the risk of isolation and foster a sense of belonging for both myself and others 3. I'm especially proud to have completed my MBA at The Wharton School while working full-time. This reflects two of my core values, dedication to personal growth and perseverance. Balancing the demands of a rigorous academic program with a full-time job required exceptional time management and resilience. It wasn't just about earning the degree but also about pushing my limits, developing new skills, and proving to myself that I could achieve ambitious goals despite challenges.
