Spent nearly a decade in consulting. For the first half while at Booz & Company, focused on traditional straetgy engagements, predominantely across the energy sector across the US and Latin America. I then joined McKinsey & Co and focused on driving structured turnarounds as part of the RTS practice across multiple industries, using a structured diligence process to identify uplift opportunities and a governance process to empower, track, and monitor efficiency gains. Beyond consulting, held an operational role as a commercial leader for a leading PropTech in Latin America, building ther B2C and B2B commercial go-to-market motions and later joined Winning by Design to advise PE-Backed SaaS companies in US and Europe on how to build their go-to-market motions. This entails everything from how to structure their sales and retention funnels to defining the different commercial and growth roles required to capture, retain, and grow accoutns to the supporting processes to enable each role and stage of the funnel to maximize customer LTV. Currently, beyond NorthLawn, I monitor a few infrastructure assets that I acquired with my partner on behalf of our investors and ensure that the holding periods runs smoothly as we await eventual exit opportunities. In summary, I am a generalist within the energy sector with experience in driving turnarounds across multiple sectors and also have a deep knowledge and appreciation for devising and implementing go-to-market strategies for B2B companies. With my most recent experience, also have direct PE experience in making direct investments in the energy and infrastructure space. I also have native fluency in English, Spanish, C2 in French and B2 in Portuguese.
