Project Description
Provided individual Hogan Assessments and a Team assessment to begin developing self-awareness of the individuals along with looking at where the team stood in terms of strengths and what they looked like under stress (potential derailers). Worked with the team to form stronger communication expectations, decision making processes, and building trust to reduce unnecessary boundaries. Ultimately, helping them move from independent thinking/acting to interdependent thinking/acting.
