Analyst firms can act as multipliers as they are involved in creating shortlists for software buyers. They do so on a 1:1 basis, but also via regular market publications. To get featured in them, software vendors need to be introduced to relevant analysts and go through a rigorous process of questionnaires, software demos and Q+A sessions. I assist software vendors through all stages of the process through to publication and communication of results through various channels
